Prelude

Web Version. This is the web version of this. Eventually I will also release this book of 50 some poems on Kindle.

Prelude

Sargon The Fallen One is a journey through the soul. From the looming darkness which dwells within us all, to the glorious redemption in the light. All humans, be they religious or secular, understand that within all of us both dark and light lurks. Self-reflection treading those shadowy corridors can be both disturbing and enlightening.

Join me as we walk through the shadowy turmoil of my past, through the darkness which nearly overwhelmed me… to the bright redemption at the end of the journey.

Personal Note

I had a very good childhood in some ways, a loving supportive family. We always had plenty of food. However, I never quite fit in. Maybe it was a combination of ADHD and Autism, maybe it was my mother almost dying when I was 4 years old. However, during my elementary school years I was constantly bullied and hardly had any friends. I never fit in with anyone it seemed. When I was in junior high I almost took my own life.

This series of poems are a collection from then. They are poems I wrote from elementary School through high school.

This all happened over 2 decades ago. I have since put it behind me. I have learned to be true to myself, through meditation and severing Karma with the past I have come to find peace. I have a successful career and a family.

I wanted to share my journey if anyone wanted to see it. As long as you never give up there is hope for a brighter future.
